Xantech SPLCD64V 6.4" Smartpad LCD™ With Video

The SPLCD64V combines video display with the convenience and simple operation of a self-contained touchpanel controller. Its 640 x 480 resolution, with 64K color, provides outstanding graphics and a remarkable video image, which may be displayed full screen, or as picture-in-picture.

Fully customizable graphics make the SPLCD64V a personalized user interface that provides simple operation of complex home automation and A/V systems. With both IR and serial output, the SPLCD64V can control almost any system in the home, including home entertainment, lighting, security, and climate control. Serial output is via RS422, allowing a cable run of up to 4000 feet, while the optional RS422232 converter allows interface with serial RS232 controlled devices.

Programming is quick and easy, thanks to Xantech's acclaimed Universal Dragon Drop™ software, the Windows® based software that makes programming as simple drag and drop.

The SPLCD64V, when combined with Xantech's MRC88 system, XDT Dual AM/FM tuner, and XMUSIC music server, creates a powerful, user-friendly control system. This system offers interactive Volume Bar display, XDT Station feedback, and XMUSIC song title navigation.

When used with the new RS2321X8 serial router, direct control of up to eight serial devices is obtainable expanding the touchpanel's RS232 capabilities. This allows for the management of multiple advanced home systems.

The SPLCD64V can display and control video from virtually any source. For example, with the SPLCD64V you can view, select, and control security cameras from any room in the home for the ultimate in convenience and peace of mind.
