DS776Z Wall Mount PIR Intrusion Detector
The DS776Z is a wall-mounted, Passive Infrared (PIR) Intrusion Detectors that use Motion Analyzer II signal processing to reduce false alarms. Several unique test features, including Motion Monitor, provide coverage integrity. Motion Analyzer II uses multiple thresholds and timing windows to analyze timing, amplitude, duration and polarity of signals to make an alarm decision. The DS776Z will not signal an alarm on extreme levels of heat and light produced by heaters, air conditioners, hot and cold drafts, sunlight, lightning or moving headlights. The detector's internally pointable mirrored optics, 3 coverage patterns and 4 different mounting options provide installation flexibility. Externally visible alarm LED flashes to indicate trouble condition. Internal noise voltage test pins provide precise pattern location and background disturbance evaluation using a standard analog meter and the TC6000 Test Cord.
