Russound SP-652.1 In-Wall Loudspeaker: 6.5", 2-Way, 70 Watts Watts (pair)
The SP-652.1 is the premier 6.5" speaker. This unique 2-way design incorporates a Uni-Axis design. The Uni-Axis design centers the tweeter within the middle of the woofer along the same axis as the woofer's. This design assures consistent frequency response, creates a horn like affect and helps naturalize the high frequency diffraction typically found in 2-way coaxial speakers. The SP-652.1 is a two-piece design allowing the baffle to be removed from the frame. If your plans include painting your speaker grills and frames, a two piece design is recommended to keep paint off the speaker components.
