THE ALC ENHANCED BRANCH HUB boosts and conditions the ALC communication signal strength for up to 31 ALC switches. The Enhanced Branch Hub provides connection points for up to 9 ALC Relay, Dimmer or Scene Switches. Connection points are included for connection of ALC Auxiliary Switches for multi-way on/off and dimming control of connected Relay and Dimmer Switches. The hub extends ALC communication cabling distances up to an additional 1000 feet (1,500 feet total). A single CAT 5E cable provides communication and 12 VDC power from the controller. The Enhanced Hub incorporates DIP switches to enable ALC Relay, Dimmer, Scene and Program Switches to be quickly and easily isolated from the communication branch. Each Enhanced Hub is provided with an On-Q/Legrand Hide-A-Port outlet(364311-01) to provide a professional quality finished installation with easy accessibility.
