Optex OA-202C Active Infrared Door Sensor
OA-202C provides Threshold Safety and Activation signaling for sliding or swing style automatic doors. It's detection area is precise, easily aimed, and relatively unaffected by environmental changes. A programmable Threshold Safety circuit actually 'learns' and adjust to immobile objects, such as boxes or magazine racks that might be placed in the detection area.
Large detection area – The Optex OA-202C is optimal for supermarkets, airports and retail stores because it detects objects and people a safe distance from the door, even at floor level. Meets or exceeds applicable ANSI and EU standards.
Safety – The safety zone near the threshold of the door ensures safety. The OA-202C holds open the door as long as a person or object is in the threshold area, even if they stop or pause. The presence timer can be increased for added protection.
Easy Installation – The OA-202C is simple to install and adjust. All of the settings are made easily using levers or by masking the optical lenses, to customize the pattern for any application.
Design – The OA-202C combines both activation and safety into one compact housing, which simplifies installation. It is available in two colors: Black and Silver.
