SVM-24 S-Video Modulator Dual MTS Stereo: 4-Source
The new SVM series of modulators offers complete MTS stereo encoding and S-video inputs in a full component size rack mountable case. The SVM-22 and SVM-24 are two and four channel stereo modulators with 25 dBmV of output and easy push button programming. The SVM series incorporates S-video inputs that support both S-video and composite video feeds with included adapters. Offering full MTS stereo with dbx noise reduction and compatibility with Dolby Pro LogicŪ makes the SVMs perfect for integration into any home theater system.
INTEGRATED IR CONTROL
The SVM series offers integrated IR control. Each modulator has IR emitter output jacks and is compatible with both 12-volt or 5-volt IR systems. The SVMs, with their new desktop power supplies, can remotely power a DA-550 or 8200 series distribution panel from up to 75 feet away.
AUTO-TERMINATION
The SVM series offers full loop-through outputs with 75-ohm auto-termination. By connecting video/audio cables to the output jacks, all video and audio signals will pass through for use with a local monitor, VCR or PVR.
NOW IN RACK SIZE
The new SVMs are designed to fit any 19 EIA rack (mounting ears included). The SVM-22 and SVM-24 are one rack space high.
SUGGESTED USES FOR THE SVM-22 & SVM-24:
- use the SVM series when quality video and the ability to distribute s-video is important
- can remotely power DA series amplifiers
- when the modulator needs to be installed with other home theater components in a 19 EIA rack
