Designed for installation in new homes, the MC2000 is a whole-house, distributed digital audio communications system built around a digital network hub, complete with multi-source music, door chimes, intercom, paging, and monitoring. It is designed to provide years of enjoyment and service to the homeowner.
The MC2000 is a fully integrated distributed audio and in-home communications system. The system features include:
- 10 zones and 16 audio sources
- 6 internal sources, inluding 2 tuners and a digital media manager that supports simultaneous play of 4 MP3 audio streams
- A local music source in each zone and distributes local sources to all other zones
- Point-to-point, or room-to-room, communications throughout the home including intercom, monitoring and paging
- Up to 2 door stations with music muting and two-way communication
- Privacy, nap and custom zone settings
- An integrated system based on CAT-5 wiring and 8-ohm speakers
