Honeywell Genesis Security & Control Cables
Honeywell's Genesis Series multi-conductor cables are manufactured in a wide variety of gage sizes, shielding configurations and jacketing materials including plenum, riser and general purpose. Applications for these cables include control cables (Lutron Systems & Crestron Systems), alarms, intercoms, speakers and other low voltage circuits that are power limited.

Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 remote-control, signaling and power limited circuits that are not an integral part of a device or appliance. The scope of this article may include systems such as burglar alarm, access control, sound, nurse call, intercom circuits, some computer network systems, some control circuits for lighting dimmer systems, and some low voltage control circuits that originate from listed computer equipment.
General Purpose Cable: Type CM, CL2, CMR, CL2R, CMP, CL2P.
Cables may be dual rated
CM/CL2, CMR/CL2R, CMP/CL2P.
