Special order: Drop shipment from manufacturer. This fee is charged by the manufacturer when they ship directly to our customer.

The fee varies from one manufacturer to the next. Some don't charge at all. Others charge up to a $50 flat fee. Still others charge fom 5% to 10% of the order. The "quantity" is used to increment the charge.

Note: There will be NO CHARGE for drop shipment under most circumstances. Only if we first notify you will any such charges apply.

Repair: Fee charged by manufacturer. This fee is charged by the manufacturer when merchandise is repaired or serviced out of warranty.

Note: Each manufacturer has its own fee structure. The "quantity" field is used to set the proper charge. Thus, if the manufacturer charges $25 to repair a particular product, the quantity will be set to 5. The minimum charge for any out of warranty service is $25.
