Aiphone AI-900MF Main Frame

The Integrated Intercommunication System exchange Main Frame is modular, and capable of future expansion by adding additional station line cards and/or exchanges as required. Each exchange Main Frame is capable of supporting a maximum configuration of four (4) Master Stations or Telephone Master Stations and sixty-four (64) Substations or a minimum configuration of two (2) Master Stations or Telephone Master Stations and sixteen (16) Substations. Optional tie-line cards allow interconnection of up to sixteen(16) exchange Main Frames for a maximum system capacity of sixty-four (64) Master Stations or Telephone Master Stations and one thousand and twenty-four (1024) Substations.

The AI-900MS card provides connection and audio recording outputs for one or two master stations. With two cards installed, four master stations can be connected to one main frame.

Aiphone AI-RS180 Outdoor Emergency Substation

The AI-RS180 Outdoor Emergency Sub-station includes a heavy-duty faceplate, momentary-action call switch, loudspeaker and matching transformer. The faceplate is brushed stainless steel, #11 gauge. The call switch is vandal-resistant and includes a red push button. Pushing and releasing the Sub-station's call button initiates call-in to a pre-programmed Master Station, Telephone Master Station or Master Station Group. The loudspeaker has a 1.57" (4 cm) Mylar cone with a frequency response of 300 Hz to 4 kHz. The output sound pressure level at a distance of 1 meter with 1 W of input power applied is 82 dB SPL. The matching transformer is rated at 1 W at 25 V line with rated primary impedance of 625 ohms. The Sub-station includes a red call LED that flashes immediately after pushing the call button and lights continuously during conversation. A control output, 30 mA, 24 VDC, open-collector type, activates immediately after pushing call button and remains active until call is cancelled. The Sub-station is weather-resistant for use in outdoor applications. The Sub-station mounts to a two-gang electrical box with adapter ring using included #6-32 nickel-plated steel, slotted, oval head mounting screws. The faceplate dimensions are 4.72" x 4.72" (120 mm x 120 mm). The Substation maintains reliable operation in the ambient temperature range of +14 to +131 degrees F (-10 to +55 degrees C) and weighs 1.26 lb. (570 g).

Aiphone SBX-2G Stainless Steel Surface Mount Box for 2-Gang Sub Stations

The SBX-2G is a surface mount stainless steel enclosure designed for mounting Aiphone 2-gang sub stations. The enclosure is weather resistant and includes space inside for wiring. The unit mounts to a 1-gang box or ring, or mounts directly to a wall surface.
