Ademco 5881ENHC Commercial Wireless Receiver

The new 5881ENHC RF Receiver is designed for use with control panels that are approved for use in commercial fire and/or burglary installations. The receiver recognizes alarm, status, and keypad control messages from wireless transmitters operating at 345MHz. Connection of up to two receivers to a control panel can provide redundant coverage or extend coverage in large areas. The receiver features a Spatial Diversity System that virtually eliminates the possibility of “nulls” and “dead spots” within the coverage area. The new 5881ENHC Receiver contains front and back tamper that permits its use in commercial fire/burglary installations.

The 5800SS1 is especially effective in acoustically hard, reverberant rooms like kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms that are prone to false alarms. Since it is a shock sensor, the 5800SS1 is immune to the sounds that cause false alarms. Installation is a snap, just pull the battery tab to enroll the transmitter, peel the adhesive backing and mount. There’s no need to open the case for any reason except to change the battery years later.

The FlexCore™ signal processor utilizes an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)—processing sound data in parallel rather than sequentially. 5843 Wireless Switch Module from Ademco

ADEMCO is pleased to announce the release of the new 5843 Wireless Switch Module, a perfect accessory to any ADEMCO security system. The exciting new option provides additional revenue opportunity for our customers and a new level of convenience for homeowners.

The 5843 lets end-users control any momentary opening or closing with the same key fob used to control their security system. Up to eight wireless keys can be enrolled into the module for operating any relay-activated device. Ideal applications include lights, security gates, garage doors and more.

5869 Holdup Switch/Transmitter

The 5869 Holdup Switch/Transmitter is a finger-operated RF transmitting device. It is typically mounted under a counter or money drawer for inconspicuous operation. When the transmitter is activated, it emits an RF signal to the receiver. The security system control panel sends a burglary alarm to the central station when a RF signal is received from an enrolled Holdup Switch/Transmitter.

Once activated, the 5869 Holdup Switch/Transmitter can only be reset by the reset key. The 5869 also incorporates tamper switches that are activated when the cover is removed, or if the unit is forcibly removed from its installation location.
